1. This product should only be used with compatible devices specified in this instruction.
2. Only use with batteries recommended by this instruction.
3. Cover the power terminals with the contact cap when not in use,to prevent short circuit.
4. When you need remove the battery holder from grip, please take care of the batteries and
the battery holder, do not make them contact with metal, so as to avoid electrical shorts.
5. When you install the battery grip on cameras or remove that from a camera, the memory
card lamp will be lighted, and that is normal.
6. Control lock is not power switch, please use the power switch to control the power.
7. The battery level may not display properly if batteries are inserted before attaching the
grip to camera.
8. Remove batteries from the grip when not in use for an extended period.
9. Do not disassemble or repair this product yourself, any problem or accident caused is not

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
