Q1. Why my computer can not recognize the adapter after I insert the adapter to my computer ?
1.please make sure the adapter connect with your computer is fairly enough.
2.please insert the adapter to the back usb port of your desktop. or change another computer.
Q2. How can i confirm my computer recognized the wifi adapter ?
1.please check device manage center whether there is “wireless lan 802.11ac wifi adapter” ?
2.please check “my computer”whether there is driver disk.if there is.open it click install.the adapter will work.
